The storyline begins with Ma – a veterinary technician- conveniences some high-school students so that she will let them party in her basement. At first, she buys beer for some students and becomes friends.
Soon, they become friends with her, and the real story begins. Soon, when all those students think they are fine and really friends with Sue Ann, she shows true colors, and the terror begins. They find her obsessed, and then everything goes to hell, starting with tragic incidents with multiple students.
