Jamie Lynn Spears’ Prom Night Photo with Daughter Maddie Looks All Grown Up
The Zoey 101 star Jamie Linn Spears’ 15-year-old daughter Maddie posted a few photos on Instagram from her prom night on April 14. In the photo, we can see Maddie looks all grown up, as she towered over her mom. She wore a pink color Alabama-based Twenty Twelve formal wear with a high slit.
She complemented her look with silver pointed-toe heels and held a bouquet of roses in her hand. Maddie posed alongside her date, who wore a fuchsia tie to coordinate with her dress and white boutonnière. In another shot Spears’ stood middle of the pair, and she wore an oversized pink T-shirt and a matching color New York Yankees cap and slides.
Maddie posted the pictures on Instagram captioning them “PROM 2024” and Spears reposted them to her Instagram story.
Spear’ and her ex Casey Aldridge welcomed their child Maddie in June 2008, and two years later they ended their relationship. Then the Sweet Magnolias actor started dating Jamie Watson, and they tied the knot in March 2014. They have a daughter, Ivey Joan, who was born in April 2018 and she recently celebrated her sixth birthday.
In March Jamie Lynn shared Instagram photos of her family’s easter celebration. The two sisters shared quality time during the holiday, and they posed for a photo together. The family enjoyed the time with family and friends and was also part of the Easter egg hunt.
In October, Spears shared a photo with their two kids while celebrating the Halloween holiday and the three of them wore a Powerpuff Girls costume. Maddie preferred Bubbles, the little one as Blossom, and Spears chose the feisty Buttercup, and their black cat also joined them in the picture.
The actress also posted the second costume of the youngest, which she dressed up as Weird Barbie, the summer smash hit of Greta Gerwig. And in another picture, Maddie showed up as a cowgirl with a friend.
Jamie Lynn posted a few photos of her daughters to celebrate the first day of school in August. There Ivey wore a plaid dress and Maddie bent down next to her.
In February 2017, while on a ride in Kentwood, Louisiana, her vehicle was flipped into a pond. She remained underwater for several minutes and became unconscious. She was treated for five days in the Hospital for made a full recovery.
Since then, Spears posted the anniversary of the accident every year. In February Spears remembers the day by sharing a series of pictures, when Maddie was in the hospital, with a caption. She quoted the day as “MIRACLEANNIVERSARY”.
She also added that every passing year of that day she watched her daughter growing up, and realized they are blessed. Spear said in 2020 that she would never forget that day because it was the day her whole world stopped.
