8 Horror Movies Like Tusk You Love to Watch

Many people love a lot to watch horror series, and if the string is like Tusk, it gives viewers goosebumps. So, in this series, we have added eight more similar series that are as horrible as The Tusk.

About Tusk Horror Series:

Tusk is an American horror comedy series of 2014s, initially based on a podcast called SModcast. It is a horrible plotline, which starts with a very arrogant podcaster who decides to take a flight to Canada just to interview a Kill Bill Kid, but as he takes over to Canada, he comes to know about the suicide case of Kill Bill Kid.

Thus, Wallace decides not to go back; and starts finding some new person for the interview purpose, and as the series progresses, Wallace incidentally meets with a person who offers a room for a traveler; and also gives a guarantee to know some fascinating stories. So Wallace thought that he might find his interviewer.

But as Wallace enters Howard Howe’s mansion, everything becomes changed. As Howard starts sharing his real story about a Walrus named Mr. Tusk, Wallace finds more interest in knowing about the same. But on the next day, Wallace finds himself a bit converting into Walrus. And thus, it changed everything, and the series took more horror twists.

  • Antiviral:

Antiviral was a 2012s sci-fi horror series created and written by Brandon Cronenberg. Antiviral is prevalent in the Tusk horror series; it is too connected with a virus that the person injects into another’s life. So, all the Tusk fans will love to watch the Antiviral series.

The series starts with a clinic employed named Syd March, who earns money by selling some viruses that some prominent personalities have; but as the series progresses, it takes a problematic step ahead, where the virus is already infected in many’s life, and even many were died due to this spreading virus.

  • Dead Snow:

Dead Snow is one of my favorite series released in 2009; it was a comedy horror film created and written by Tommy Wirkola, along with the help of another writer named Stig Frode Henriksen. Dead Snow is all about zombies, so all the viewers who love to read stories regarding Zombies will love this series.

It starts with a few groups of students who go to Norway for a kind of trip, but there they suddenly meet up with a horrible incident: a Zombie Nazi attack.

In short, the show makers of Dead Snow also try to make the series a dark comedy like the Tusk one.

  • Possessor:

Possessor is another level of sci-fi horror series concept, perfectly created and written by Brandon Cronenberg. The Possessor series mainly concentrates on Tasya Vos, who take disadvantage of all the latest technology where she controls other minds and body.

But, as the series progresses, Tasya Vos finds herself in a very challenging place when she tries to control the body and mind of her host.

Thus, both the series Possessor and The Tusk try to challenge human boundaries.

  • Swiss Army Man:

Swiss Army Man is again a comedy-drama series created and written by Daniel Scheinert; and Daniel Kwan. The Swiss Army Man series has two lead characters: Paul Dano as Hank Thompson; and Daniel Radcliffe as Manny. It starts with Hank, who stands helpless on a deserted island with another friend named Manny.

And suddenly, as the series progresses, Hank starts finding some powerful glitches in his body; after that, he realizes that he can generate water from any land. Not only that, but the series here also shows the journey of both friends, who finally find themselves on this journey.

Also, the similarities we find between the Swiss Army Man and Tusk is the way they make their boundaries.

  • Excision:

Excision is the most horrible psychological film of 2008, written and created by Richard Bates, Jr. Same as the Tusk series; Excision also revolves around the plot of the human body and the transformation people do with others.

In Excision starting only, we have seen a very distracting journey of the lead star Pauline, who is inspired to become a surgeon; she loves exploring more about surgery and the body. But as the series progresses, it takes a very horrible turn; also, the performance of Pauline earns a lot of love from the side of their fans.

  • The Greasy Strangler:

The Greasy Strangler is again an American Black comedy horror series created and written by Jim Hosking, along with the help of another writer Toby Harvard. The sequence here starts with Big Ronnie, who has a disturbing relationship with his son Brayden who has a walking tour business with a disco theme.

But, as always, the series progresses with new murder twists, which happen in town; and here, people feel that Big Ronnie is the only serial killer behind this.

Also, the common thing we find between The Greasy Strangler and Tusk is that both series have added a black comedy drama.

  • Rubber:

Rubber is a 2010s English Horror comedy film created and written by Quentin Dupieux. The film’s unique plot grabs more interest from its viewers.

So, the Rubbers series follows the plot of a tire named Robert that suddenly comes to life. After a few days, he starts realizing his hidden powers of Psychokinesis, by using which Robert starts killing people and animals.

  • The Human Centipede:

The Human Centipede is a Dutch Horror film directed and written by Tom Six. The widespread thing about The Human Centipede and the Tusk is how the makers extend the horror scenes by adding horribles techniques to murder the people.

So, it starts with Josef Heiter, a deranged surgeon who had kidnapped three tourists just as he wanted to do a Conjoined experiment purpose. And later, he creates a human centipede in the three tourists he abducted. Also, it is a series where the makers added a superb psychological thriller series.

Final Words:

The list mentioned above is a complete horror plus psychothriller series and films that give goosebumps to the viewers. Also, if you are a Tusk fan and like to watch similar series, you must go through the above sequence and films you love.
