Kate Middleton and Prince William’s Go-To Designer Says “They’re Going Through Hell”
Kate Middleton and Prince William’s go-to designer, Amaia Arrieta, expressed concern for the couple amid the Princess of Wales’s cancer battle.
Amaia Arrieta is the designer of the luxury brand Amaia London, whose designed dresses were worn by the couple’s children- Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.
Recently, she had a conversation with The Telegraph and gave some hints about what the couple was facing. She said that she was “heartbroken” and “they’re going through hell.” She also hoped that they would be back soon.

Amaia felt pride in dressing the royals, and she said that she really cared about how they looked. She began designing dresses for the royal family when Prince George was a kid.
Kate and William recently celebrated their thirteenth anniversary. After that, Prince William resumed his royal duties. He gave a health update during his visit to Charity James’s place in Newcastle. During his visit, a woman draped with the British flag asked a question regarding Kate’s health. Prince William replied, “We’re all doing well”.
Kate Middleton announced her cancer diagnosis in March. Earlier, Kate’s sudden disappearance sparked rumors among the public. After that, she posted a video regarding her health condition. She said in that video that in January, she went through a major abdominal surgery. At that time, they thought that her condition was non-cancerous. However, the test result after the surgery found the presence of cancer.
She quoted in that video that she was in the “early stages.” Her medical team advised her to undergo preventative chemotherapy. Now, she was in the treatment’s early stage.
She continued that it was a huge shock for them. She and William did everything to manage privately for their young family. It would take time, as she has taken time to recover from her surgery to start treatment. She also added that it had taken time to explain everything to their children and assure them she would be ok.
Kate also added that she told her children that she was getting stronger every day by focusing on the things that mainly healed her body, mind, and spirit. She felt comfort and reassurance by having William’s support. When Kate undergoes treatment, her parents come to support their grandchildren, and as per reports, they stay with Kate and her family.
The news regarding Princess Kate’s cancer diagnosis came just a few weeks after William’s father, King Charles, announced his undergoing cancer treatment.
