Brad Pitt’s Security Guard Accused Angelina Jolie for Encouraging her Children to Avoid their Dad During Custody Visit

Brad Pitt’s Security Guard Accused Angelina Jolie for Encouraging her Children to Avoid their Dad During Custody Visit

According to the court document obtained, a former security guard of Angelina Jolie accused her of encouraging her children, whom she shares with Brad Pitt, to avoid their father during custody visit.

Brad Pitt’s lawyer submitted the document to L.A. Superior Court on Thursday, which claims that the security company owner, Tony Webb, revealed Jolie instructed her children not to speak to Pitt while visiting them. Tony Webb worked for Jolie between 2000 and 2020, and he said in that document that Jolie fired him, but he still works for Pitt.

Webb also claimed in the 12-page statement that Jolie threatened the security guards to keep silent using the non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). The documents were filed on behalf of the legal battle between the exes over French winery Chateau Miraval for years.

Webb alleged that he received a call from Jolie’s aide, Michael Vieira, and asked his help to prevent two bodyguards, who had worked for Jolie through Webb’s company, from testifying about the custody battle with Pitt over their children.

According to his statement, Vierra reminded him that his staff were entered in NDAs with Jolie, and if they testified, she would sue them. Webb added that one of his guards, Ross Foster, planned to testify about the statement he overheard Jolie say to her children to avoid Pitt.

Angelina Jolie’s attorney, Paul Murphy, said, “This case is not about NDAs in general but about power and control.” Murphy emphasized that Jolie only wanted a separation and health, and she looked forward to the day Pitt let her go.

The latest filing occurred one month after Jolie filed a document against Pitt, which claimed that he physically abused her before the incident on a plane in 2016, and that led her to file for divorce. Jolie’s lawyer claimed that Pitt’s physical abuse started before their plane trip from France to Los Angeles in 2016.  He also added that it was the first time he physically abused the children, then Jolie left him.

Since their separation in 2016, they had numerous legal battles over their divorce and children’s custody. They declared legally single in 2019, but their divorce has not yet been finalized.

The pair is also in a legal battle for ownership of their French winery, Chateau Miraval. Jolie sold her property’s share in 2021, and Pitt filed a legal action. He claimed that Jolie sold that to harm Pitt.

Jolie’s lawyer defended that Pitt refused to buy her share when she made an offer unless she agreed to sign NDA.
