Big Brother Season 28 Week 10 Double Eviction Results: Final 5 Revealed After Barrett and Yash Evicted

Two more houseguests from Big Brother Season 28 were evicted during the Live Double Eviction episode that aired on Thursday, September 17th. The votes sent Barrett Pfeiffer and Yash Patel to the Big Brother Jury. The vote left Dee Valladares, Drew Campbell, Melody Morris, Rick Devens, and Taylor Brown competing for the Grand Prize.

During Week 10 of Big Brother Season 28, a double eviction occurred, and two houseguests were voted out. Barrett Pfeiffer was voted out first, 3 to 1. The second eviction of the night was Yash Patel, voted out 2 to 1. The Final 5 of Big Brother 28 are Dee Valladares, Drew Campbell, Melody Morris, Rick Devens, and Taylor Brown.

All Houseguests voted to evict either Taylor Brown or Pfeiffer. Pfeiffer received three votes, and Brown received one.

After the votes were cast, Drew Campbell, Rick Devens and Dee Valladares all voted to evict Pfeiffer. Morris voted to evict Brown.

In an interview with Julie Chen Moonves, Pfeiffer said he had no regrets about going after the “Icons” alliance. He also said he wanted to face Campbell in the Final 2.

After Pfeiffer’s eviction, the game moved quickly into double eviction mode, fast-forwarding the rest of the week.

Melody won HOH with the competition “Bleeping Through Time” and named Dee and Rick as her nominees. Melody stated the two were “never on the same page.”

Rick won the veto and was then, along with Dee, removed from nominations. This left Melody to name a replacement nominee, who was then named as Yash.

Patel received the 2-1 vote this week, with 2 votes to evict and 1 vote to keep from the other houseguests. Taylor was the only houseguest to vote to evict Dee.

Patel left the house as the 4th juror. Before his eviction, Taylor told him she believed Drew should have kept him over Dee. Patel believed Drew to be playing “like a weasel” throughout the game. Despite his dislike for the other houseguests, Patel believed they were playing a great game and respectfully stated: “There’s some social dark magic going on in there.” Julie also spoke to Patel and stated,d “He’s (Patel) a beast. He has been dominating these competitions.”

The double-eviction put numerous houseguests’ games in jeopardy. Yash had won the most competitions and was considered a major physical threat. Removing him changed how the houseguests thought about the game. Morris also won the Blockbuster competition, which cleared her own nomination, then won Head of Household, showing strategic flexibility. Devens and Patel also won competitions and changed the nominations, fracturing the “Icons” alliance.

The live feeds return to show the remaining five houseguests competing for the Week 11 Head of Household title. The next episode, set to air September 20 at 8:00 p.m. on CBS, will feature the Week 11 nominations. The season finale of Big Brother 2026 airs Wednesday, October 1.
