8 Shows Like SUITS You Love to Watch
Are you a fan of legal drama series? Great! We have curated several series and films that you will definitely enjoy.
If you are a fan of SUITS, we encourage you to check out the series below as well.
Before we get into the other series, let’s take a quick look at SUITS.
About SUITS:

SUITS is one of the best legal drama series in America. It features outstanding performances from the cast and, of course, a strong storyline with a great blend of drama. Created by Aaron Korsh, the first season of SUITS was released in 2011. It remained one of the best drama series for many, even after the final season aired in 2019.
The series is set in a New York City law firm. It introduces Mike Ross, who uses his photographic memory to help him with every case, along with Harvey Specter, another lawyer.
Mike and Harvey are unstoppable, winning every case. Harvey guards Mike’s secret of never attending college. One of the secrets Mike harbored was that he never attended law school. As the series continues, the creators introduce new plots to help keep the viewers entertained.
1. The Lincoln Lawyer:

Michael Connelly’s novel The Brass Verdict inspired one of my favorite legal dramas, The Lincoln Lawyer. David E. Kelley created the series, and Ted Humphrey developed it. The Lincoln Lawyer was also wildly successful when it premiered on the commercial platform.
The series follows Mickey Haller, a lawyer who works out of the back of his Lincoln Navigator in Los Angeles. Mickey Haller takes on small and large cases and attempts to resolve them. So, there are a lot of parallels between The Lincoln Lawyer and the Suits series.
I guarantee that you will enjoy The Lincoln Lawyer series because it is a great series.
2. White Collar:

Jeff Eastin was the creator of the Police Procedural drama series White Collar. The combination of white-collar employees and criminals was a new and exciting plot element that the makers received well.
In simple terms, White Collar follows a team of criminals who work with the FBI to catch white-collar criminals. Here, the criminals use their skills and expertise to catch other criminals.
Suits and White Collar share many similarities that fans of light drama will love.
3. Psych:

Another series created by Steve Franks, Psych is in the same vein as the detective fiction genre as the other series. It is available on the USA Network streaming platform. The series focuses on two leads. James Roday plays Shawn Spencer, a character with an eidetic memory and excellent observational skills, which leads people to believe that he is psychic.
Dule Hill plays Shawn’s other best friend, also named Shawn, who is a brilliant character.
If we want to look for comparisons between Psych and Suits, there aren’t many. Psych leans more toward a traditional, light-hearted legal drama like Suits.
4. The Mentalist:

Bruno Heller’s creation, The Mentalist, airs on CBS and is a mystery thriller. The plot follows Patrick Jane, a fictional psychic who works as a consultant for the CBI, using a false identity.
Like the Suits series, The Mentalist has a few twists that engage the viewer, and Patrick Jane’s only purpose is to capture Red John, the person who murdered Jane’s wife and daughter.
5. Mad Men:

Mad Men is an American Serial drama created by Matthew Weiner and released on the AMC streaming platform, with one season at a time. The Mad Men series focuses on one of the most prestigious ad agencies of the 1960s.
The only thing we see in the series is the mystery of one of the executive officers of the agency, Donald Draper, whose secrets were very difficult to unearth and very complex. The Suit and Mad Men share a few similarities, but this series offers so much that viewers can appreciate.
6. The Good Wife:

The Good Wife is another one of my favorite legal dramas.CBS released it, and Michelle King and Robert Kin created it. A wife returns to her career as a lawyer after her husband is wrongly accused and sent to prison for public sex and corruption.
Like Suits, The Good Wife’s producers found new ways to keep viewers engaged, and the show became one of the most appreciated series and gained a lot of fame.
7. Better Call Saul:

Better Call Saul is a tragic drama series created by Peter Gould and Vince Gilligan. This series is a must-watch for the fans of Breaking Bad, as Better Call Saul is a spin-off of that series.
Better Call Saul focuses on the transformation of Jimmy McGill, a con artist looking to reinvent himself as an honest lawyer. Better Call Saul also shows events that occur before Breaking Bad.
8. Boston Legal:

Boston Legal is another legal drama series created by David E. Kelley and is a direct spin-off of The Practice. Just like The Practice, Boston Legal gained immediate popularity.
Boston Legal focuses on Alan Shore, a former practitioner, and his dedicated team. Unlike the other series, this one focuses on both civil and criminal cases.
Final Words:
Legal and period-based drama series have a huge fan following, and the series listed above is a must-watch for them. The series also connects to The Suit, the newly released legal drama series.
