Task Season 2 Plot:

When Maeve tries to run away, Jayson confronts her and attempts to seize the cash prior to Grasso shooting and killing him.
Later, Grasso recuperates in the hospital while Tom consoles Maeve and acts as though he doesn’t see the money bag. At Ethan’s conviction, Tom, Emily, and Sarah are present. In a heartfelt family farewell, Tom pardons Ethan and invites him to return home after his release.
At the end, Tom appears optimistic about starting over, Wyatt and Harper go on a road trip with Maeve, and Sam gets welcomed by a new family. Let’s see what happens next.
