Andhra Pradesh government will install smart meters to all power connection of the farm. However, this is the art of the central government scheme that every state should implement this type of scheme to get a 2% hike in FRBM (Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management Act ) in the borrowing limit. This would help the Andhra Pradesh government to an additional loan Of amount Rs.20,000 crore during the current fiscal.
