About Goa Land Records Online
People who lived in Goa, for them to check Land Records and Online Status of Mutation is easy to process now. All of the record details are available online now.
In Single Online Web Portal, Only Goa Citizens can check Land Records, Bhulekh Details, I & XIV Forms, Mutation Station Rural, and Urban. Now people should not visit Goa Administration’s Office to issue Land Records, Details, and Descriptions. Though Online Portal, This procedure is now quick and easy for the Goa Citizens.

How to get an online record of Goa Bhulekh?
In this procedure, we have created a step by step procedure for you. This procedure will give you complete information to get an online record of Goa Bhulekh.
Step – 1
First, you have to open the official website of the Government of Goa. Below we have keep the URL of the Official Website.

Step – 2
On Upper menu bar you can see four Options “Form I & XIV”, “Dharnaksh”, “Form D”, “Mutation Status (Rural)”, “Mutation Status (Urban)”
These options are there to see Mutation Status on Rural and Urban Area.
Step – 3
When you select the Option “Form I & XIV” then a new page will open.
Next, you have to enter Taluka, Survey Number, Village, and Sub-Division Number.
Then you have to Enter Correct Captcha code that you can see in Image.
Step – 4
Next, you have to click on the “View Details” button. Now, one form will open on the website.
Step – 5
Form D will open in front of you, and then enter City Name, PT Sheet Number, and Chalta Number.
Step – 6
After filling these details you have to enter Correct Captcha Code that you can see in the image.
Next, Click on “View Details” Button.
Now, you can get Copy of “Form D” and “Form I & XIV”
Procedure to Check Goa Land Record Mutation Status
Here, we have created a procedure for you to check Goa Land Mutation Status. This step by step guide will help you to Check Mutation Record.
Step – 1
First, you have to open the official website of the Government of Goa. Below we have keep the URL of the Official Website.

Step – 2
On Upper menu bar you can see four Options “Form I & XIV”, “Dharnaksh”, “Form D”, “Mutation Status (Rural)”, “Mutation Status (Urban)”
These options government has put to see Mutation Status on Rural and Urban Area.
Step – 3
Now, click on the “Mutation Status (Rural)” Option.
Next Enter Taluka Name, and Mutation Number, in the Given Field. Then you can see Captcha Number, Enter it in the box.
Step – 4
Hit the “View Details” Option and you can see Copy of Rural area Mutation Station.
Now, tell what to do to check Urban Mutation Status?
To check the Mutation Status of Urban Area, you need to follow the above first two steps as it is.
Next, click on the “Mutation Status (Urban)”
Then you have to enter the Mutation Number that you got from the government. Fill it in the box.
Enter Correct Captcha code in the text box and then hit “View Details” Button.
Now, you can see Urban Mutation Status.
All of these things such as Form D, Form I & XIV, Mutation Status (Rural), and Mutation Status (Urban), you can download and print Hard Copy Documents.
