How to issue Gujarat Rural Bhulekh Map 7/12 Record online?
In this procedure, we will give you step by step guidance to get Rural 7/12 Land Record.
Step – 1

Step – 2
When you click on the link, you will be redirected on the Revenue Department webpage. On the right side of the home page, you can see Land Records (7/12), you have selected this option.

In this Step, you have to select, “View Land Records” Option. Here you will get two options one is Rural and the other is Urban. To get rural information, you have to select the Land Record Rural Option.
Step – 4
Now you can see various options to check various Land Records. But we have to check 7/12 Land Record right, so you have to select “Old Scanned VF-7/12 Details”
Now, you have to select District, Taluka, Village, and Survey Number. Then you have to enter the Captcha Code in given Textbox.
After entering the Captcha Code you have to select “Get Record Detail” Option

After Submitting Details to Check Land Records you have to Select Survey/Block Number.
Click on “View PDF” Option then you will see Land Details of your Plot or Field.
Step – 6
When you click on the “View PDF” option you can see PDF File of Handwritten 7/12 Record. In this Document, you can see the Details of Land and Plot.
Step – 7
Now, you can Download the 7/12 Document. This will be important in other Government works. Right Click on the PDF File and then click on “Print” Option.
Like that you can download 7/12 of Urban Area.

Now you have to select “View Land Record – Urban” Next, you have to select the Type of Land Record. Which type of Land Record you want to see that you have to click.

Now you have to enter Bhulekh Details such as District, Taluka, Village, and Block Number.
In the end, you have to Enter Captcha Code in the Text box. Then Click on to Get Record Details.
Step – 4
Now, Land Details and Records page will open in the web browser. Like Land Map, you can download these details page also.
How to Search Property using the name?
You can search the property of Gujarat in this web portal. With using your name you can get property details of your Land.

Then you can see various options on the web page. You have to select there “Property Search” option.
Now, you can see Different Options. So, select the Name wise Option. Then enter all of the information in the given box, and Click on Send Verification Code.
When you get the Verification code on your Contact Number, then you have to enter it the box.
