Delhi Government has launched an online web portal to check Delhi Land Records Online. In this portal, you can check, Land Records, Khasra, and Khatauni Documents.

How to check Delhi Land Records 2020 Online?

In this procedure, you will get step by step guide to check Delhi Bhulekh. You will understand the complete process to know Land Records.

Step – 1

In the first step you need to enter into, Delhi Government Web Portal, Which is known as ROR Reports. Click on the Below URL of ROR Reports Web Portal.

Step – 2

When you click on the URL, then you can see the Homepage of Web Portal. First, On this page, you need to Search District. When you find District, then you need to search your Village Name. Then Click on “View Records” Option.

Step – 3

When you click on View Records then you need to select Your Village, then Select “Khata Type”

Next, You need to select one of the below mediums to check Land Records.

You can Enter, Khata Number, or Khasra Number, or Name to get Land Records.

You need to select one of the Options.

Step – 4

Before getting Land Records you need to Select Land and Khata Number. After Selecting Khata Number you have to select “View Khata Details”

When you click on View Khata Details Options, On Portal Screen, Land Records will be Open. In this Land Records Document, you can see Khasra, Bigha, and Biswa Like all details of Land.

Step – 6

This step is about to download and Print Land Records Document. To download this document you need to go for Menu in your Web Browser, where you have to select Print Option. Then you have to select “Save as PDF” Option, and in this way, Land details will be download on your Local Folder.

In this way, you can check Land Records by using Khasra Number. For that, you need to select the Khasra Name and Name option.

How to Check Land Records if you are living in North East Delhi?

If your residence or land is in the North East area of Delhi then this step by step guide to check Land Details.

Step – 1

First, you need to Open URL of ROR Reports Web Portal. For that click on https://dlrc.delhigovt.nic.in/

Step – 2

Now, you need to select North East District from the Delhi District List. Then you can see all villages that are under the North East District. From that list, you need to select your Village.

Step – 3

Now, you need to click on “View Records” Option. To get Land Records you need to click on this Option.

Step – 4

Now, you have to select “Village Name”, Then Select “Khata Type”, then in the search option you have to select option, By Khata Number, By Khasra Number, or By Name option.

By entering one from these options you can get Land Records.

How to Check Land Records if you are living in North West Delhi?

If your residence or land is in the North West area of Delhi then use this stepwise guide is for you to check Land Details.

Step – 1

First, Like the North East area, you need to Open the URL of ROR Reports Web Portal. Click on https://dlrc.delhigovt.nic.in/ URL to check to enter into Web Portal.

Step – 2

Now, you need to select North West District from the Delhi District List. Then the village list will be there, that are under the North-West District. Now, select your Village from that list.

Step – 3

Now, you can see “View Records” Option, click on that Option. To check Land Record you have to select View Records Option.

Step – 4

Now, select your “Village Name”, Then Select “Khata Type”, then in the search option you have to select option, By Khata Number, By Khasra Number, or By Name option.

Enter one of these options to get Land Records.
